At National Law Book, we strive to deliver quality books in perfect condition. However, please read our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Returns
We do not accept returns for books once sold.
Returns are only allowed in cases of wrong product dispatch (e.g., different title or edition).
2. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for:
Books damaged during transit
Any physical damage after delivery
Handwritten notes or markings in the book
Refunds, if applicable (due to wrong dispatch), will be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the returned item in unused condition.
3. Reporting a Problem
Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting us via email at info@nationallawbook.com with images of the issue.
